DISOLAC The industrial tinting base system.
Is a tinter binder system for industrial application. It's
allows the customer to achieve all the necessities even
when the quantities required are small to medium.
With 24 tinting bases, you will obtain more than 15.000
colour formulation. Adding the appropriate binder
make's it possible to obtain the desired quality.
Different degrees of gloss and texture can also be
achieved.
A large range of colour chips like RAL, B.S. (with the most popular fleet colours) and GESPAINT standard can also be supplied in order to improve the results.
Finally you may have the additional benefit of
GESPAINT colour matching service to formulate and produce non-standard and individual colour requirements.

DISOLAC SYSTEM OFFER
These topcoats are respecting european regulation 2004/42/CE, due to several colours can be done depending on the requested quality, use only one label by indicating minimum VOC contains of the system , without exceeding requested limitation.
1 component Topcoat, appendix II.A.i,
limitation is 600 g/l.
2 components Topcoat, appendix II.A.i, limitation is 550 g/l.
Regarding products prepared from tinting mixing machine, and according to the finishing and quality level requested, the new regulation requires a specific labeling for every preparation, with possibility of using only one label, which is indicated minimum VOC contains of the system , respecting the regulation limit.

The European regulation 2004 / 42 / CE,
relative to the limitation of the broadcasts
volatile organic compounds (VOC), which
be applied from beginning 2007, for establishing a maximal limitation contains of

concrete substrate, etc.
