Water degreaser for OPABASE ACQUA system. Before and after all sanded processes should be used OPACLEANER.

HIDROPRIM

One component anti-rust waterbone primer. Isolating primer with fast drying, designed for all fast refinishing car repairs, used on all kinds of substrates. It has a good hiding power, giving smooth finishing, easy to sand. That provides very good adhesion on all supports as stainless steel, iron, galvanised, cooper, PVC, ...

MIXING SYSTEM

OPACRYL UHS • 2K ACRYLlC TOP-COAT FOR CAR REFINISHING • Mixing Set of 19 tinting bases. It is paint system for single coat, acrylic high solid contain, cured with isocyanate hardener. It is giving excellent covering power, without any yellowing problem, and with excellent resistance. It can dry by oven or air drying.

SPECIAL TOPCOATS

OPABASE MAGIC COLORS •COLOURS WITH SPECIAL EFFECTS. colour shade changes depending on the angle vision. It can be used as a basecoat by spraying previously a GESPAINT BLACK Basecoat.

OPA 870 · LIQUID POLISH·GLOSS AND SURFACE PROTECTOR Applies a polymer·based film. Provides a deep, long lasting gloss.

OPADEGREASER · DEGREASER FOR CAR REFINISHING (PANEL WIPE). It is hydrocarbons free degreaser, it has been formulated for cleaning car bodies and fillers, and plastic spare parts. The use is done before and sanding operation and before top coat application. (VOC/COV's < 850 g/l)

 

OPAMASTIC · POLYESTER PUTTY SOFT, is for spatula use, and bodywork repair. (VOC/COV's < 250 g/l)

 

OPAWASH · PHOSPHATE VINYL PRIMER, for a perfect corrosion protection, and can be recoated with polyurethane or alkyd topcoats. Perfect adhesion over all type of
metallic substrates: iron, aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised, electro zinged. (VOC/COV's < 780 g/l)

 

OPAFILLER 1K · 1K ISOLATING PRIMER with fast drying, designed for car refinish repairs, used on all kinds of substrates. It has a good hiding power, smooth finishing, easy to sand, can be sprayed over by all GESPAINT topcoats. (VOC/COV's < 780 g/l)

 

OPAFILLER 2K · 2K ACRYLIC FILLER with fast drying adapted for all types of car refinish repairs. It is giving high build, by thickness, with smooth surface aspect, which gives easy sanding process. Easy to sand. (VOC/COV's < 540 g/l)

 

OPASEALER 2K · 2K TRANSPARENT SEALER has an exceptional adhesion, used in wet on wet system (without sanding process). It can be sprayed over all existing original topcoat finishing. It is specially recommended, for colour fleet changes on recent vehicles. (VOC/COV's < 540 g/l)

 

OPAPLASTIC 1K · 1K PRIMER designed lor recoating all plastic spare parts, before spraying all kind of GESPAINT Topcoats. Allow excellent chemical adhesion, with last drying, with flexible proprieties. (VOC/COV's < 840 g/l)

 

OPAPLASTIC 2K · 2K PRIMER DESIGNED FOR PREPARATION OF ALL PLASTIC PARTS, allows excellent chemical adhesion on all existing plastic in automotive industry. The drying time is last, with smooth surface aspect giving best finishing. (VOC/COV's < 840 g/l)
